Shipping Policy
Shipping and packaging costs are determined at checkout, subject to delivery address. We aim for 3-5 working days for deliveries within the UK but deliveries may take up to 28 days due to foreseen or unforeseen circumstances. Deliveries to other countries, outside the UK, will take longer. In the case of a longer delivery time being predicted, we will make relevant notification on the website.
Digital products will be available immediately through a link in the purchase confirmation email or through the user’s orders page in their account.
Return & Exchange Policy
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: all digital and/or downloadable content.
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
Digital products are non-refundable and all purchases of any digital products are final.
Physical products, such as books, are only valid in their warranty for the first 7 days after delivery in which the customer must immediately notify of any major defect with the product, which is agreed upon by the seller, to warrant a full refund or replacement.
